Customers must ensure that the event location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the installation of rented equipment. Any permits, permissions, or venue approvals required for the event are the responsibility of the customer.
V2C Party shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, rental products, or event services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
