If you need to reschedule your event, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling may help avoid cancellation fees and preserve payments already made toward your reservation.
Refunds may not be available for services that have already been delivered, completed event setups, last-minute cancellations, custom decoration work, or special-order rental items that were prepared specifically for your event.
If a customer experiences a legitimate issue related to delivered rental equipment or services, V2C Party will investigate the matter promptly. Where appropriate, a partial refund, service credit, replacement equipment, or another reasonable solution may be offered.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, and transaction method used.
